Website and chat assistant

The information on taxshop.tax, including answers from the automated chat assistant, is general information and not tax or legal advice for your situation. No client relationship is created by using this website or the chat assistant. A client relationship begins only when we agree in writing to provide services. Please do not enter Social Security numbers or other sensitive personal information into the chat assistant.

Services

Tax preparation and related services are provided under a separate engagement with each client. Fees are described on our pricing page and confirmed before work begins.

SMS Terms

Tax Shop operates an internal text-message notification program that sends alerts only to the business owner's own mobile phone when a website visitor requests a call back. Members of the public are not enrolled in this program. For the enrolled number:

• Messages are lead notifications from Tax Shop. Message frequency varies, typically a few per day at most.
• Message and data rates may apply. Msg & data rates may apply.
• Reply STOP to cancel at any time. Reply HELP for help, or contact 303-734-1040 or 1040@taxshop.tax.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
